# Funding Platform

**Vent Finance is the new benchmark for simplistic and accessible Community Launchpad Platforms.**

Our VentUp Community Funding Platform is the simplest way to research, apply and purchase tokens or crypto-assets in early-stage Cardano-Polygon projects. We provide access to new verified project forums, vetted investment opportunities, screened factors such as KYC, and low transaction fees.

A CeDeFi platform that curates the best features of both worlds, with the ultimate goal of accelerating the adoption of decentralized finance while remaining compliant.

We designed VentUp to ensure a robust and scalable solution, providing security, control, and transparency for our users. Every VentUp service is audited to reduce the possibility of fraud, hacks, and rug pulls.

## How it works?

Vent Finance **connects investors with project creators** to make the purchasing of tokens or crypto-assets simple and easy. The process is as follows:

1. A Project creates a profile and applies to be listed on VentUp.
2. The Vent Team vets the project based on VentUp Quality Standards
3. Once the project is accepted, the project is live and is ready to be upvoted by the community
4. The project needs to reach a predetermined threshold for launch application eligibility and set a VentUp IDO Date
5. Token holders that are staking $VENT can use their generated Ventibles to receive an allocation in the project.
6. The project launches on VentUp
